NovaSpark Collective Internal Tools

Operated by NovaSpark Collective LLC, Wichita, Kansas, USA · developer@novasparkcollective.xyz

If you saw "NovaSpark Collective Internal Tools" on a Google sign-in screen, this page explains it. It is the name of the private software NovaSpark Collective runs on its own server to operate its own business. It is not a public app, and only Google accounts owned or operated by NovaSpark Collective use it.

What it does

• Publishes our videos. It uploads and schedules videos and manages their details on NovaSpark Collective's own YouTube channels (The Black Salt Ledger, Big Bug's Campfire Tales), and reads those channels' analytics for internal reports.
• Watches our privacy inbox. With read-only Gmail access to our operations account, it reads copies of messages sent to our privacy contact (developer@novasparkcollective.xyz). It sorts privacy requests and tracks response deadlines, so our Data Protection Officer is alerted promptly. It cannot send, change or delete email.
